Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the free check at geogize.com and the agency portal at portal.geogize.com, both operated by ZeriZeri Ltd (company number 16554914), trading as Geogize. By using either, you agree to them.

The service

Geogize audits a website's readiness to be crawled, understood, and cited by AI systems (currently ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews), scores it across four weighted categories, and generates fixes (structured data, an llms.txt file, and FAQ content) based only on facts we can confirm from the site itself.

No guarantees of AI placement

We don't control what any AI system chooses to crawl, index, or cite, and we make no promise that using Geogize will get your business mentioned, ranked, or placed by any AI model or search feature. What we do commit to is accurately auditing what's on your site and generating fixes that improve its technical readiness to be understood: not a guarantee of outcome.

Generated fixes

Fixes are generated only from facts we can extract from your own site. Where a fact needed for a fix can't be confirmed, we flag it for you to fill in rather than inventing it. You're responsible for reviewing generated fixes (JSON-LD, llms.txt, FAQ content) before publishing them: treat them as a draft we've done the first pass on, not a guarantee of accuracy for facts we couldn't verify.

Acceptable use

The free check is rate-limited and intended for checking sites you own or are authorised to audit on behalf of a client. Don't use it to scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service, and don't use it to audit sites without authorisation to do so.

Agency portal accounts

If you sign up for the agency portal, you're responsible for the accuracy of the client workspaces you create and for keeping your account credentials secure. Paid plans are billed as described at signup and processed via Stripe; pricing and plan details are confirmed before you're charged.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, ZeriZeri Ltd isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on generated fixes that you chose to publish without independent review.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the service for misuse, non-payment (portal accounts), or if required by law. You can stop using the free check at any time, and portal account holders can cancel their subscription as described in the portal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the "last updated" date above if these terms change materially.
